Neodymium yttrium vanadate (Nd:YVO4) crystal is a kind of laser crystal with excellent performance, which is suitable for the manufacture of laser diode pump, especially the laser with medium and low power. Compared with Nd:YAG, Nd:YVO4 has a higher absorption coefficient and a larger stimulated emission cross section for the pump light.
